  • Belt (polyester) webbing sewn with stainless steel thimbles reinforced with another layer of fabric on top of corners. Each corner is reinforced using multiple layers of shade cloth and a stainless-steel D-ring.
  • Finished with double needle stitch creating a 2” pocket for cable.
  • All Shade sails are sewn with Tenara UV thread
  • All shade sails are cut utilizing the Carlson G5 - Series Plotter/Cutter
  • Hand made to order in the United States.
  • Uv and shade factors range from 75% to 98% depending on the color.
  • Commercial grade heavy duty shade material.

    • Our premier shade sails are all hand made in our shop when an order is placed. We only use commercial grade heavy duty shade material made from polyethylene material , reinforced corners , a 2” pocket around the perimeter for cables and our hardware consists of 316 stainless steel D rings.

    These are the strongest ready made shade sails on the market today, with 320 gm/sqm weight of the fabric, locking stitch, with UV resistant thread.
